Meaning no matter what happens to the binocular the customer sends us a check for $12.00 to cover shipping, handling and warehouse labor and we will either fix the broken binocular or send you a new binocular. If we are no longer carrying that product we will send you one that is similar in price. Any battery operated product has a one year warranty.
