Q: What is your warrenty policy?
A: 5 Year mechanical warrenty on all microscopes except the Hobby microscope, which has a 1 year warrenty at this time. Electrical components are 1 year warrenty.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: 30 day return policy if recieved with mechanical defects. Must be returned in original packaging and all components and material must be with it. All returns must be Authorized and a RMA number must be issued before returning.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, thats why we offer a 25 day money back guarantee minus the shipping cost . If you wish to return the purchase you must contact us for a RMA with in 25 days of recieving the item and the item needs to be returned with in 30 days. The purchase price will be refunded to you on recieving of the item back in the original box, packaging and all items sent with it in the condition that it was shipped. Thank You
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: All orders are shipped ground within 2 to 3 days of order reciept. Shipping is UPS ground, if other shipping is required please contact us. If there's any deviation from this policy all parties will be notified immediately.
